By downloading, installing, accessing, or using any application or service provided by Crangus Razvan (the “Application”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with these Terms, do not download or use the Application.
1. License Grant
Crangus Razvan grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, and revocable license to download, install, and use the Application for personal or internal business purposes in accordance with these Terms and the rules of the platform through which it was obtained.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, sublicense, rent, reverse engineer, decompile, attempt to extract source code, or otherwise exploit any part of the Application, except where such restriction is prohibited by applicable law.
2. Third-Party Services
Some Applications may integrate with, display, or provide access to third-party websites, accounts, content, or services. Your use of those services is governed by the respective third party's terms and privacy policy.
Unless expressly stated, Crangus Razvan is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by those third-party service providers. Their names, trademarks, logos, content, and services remain the property of their respective owners.
3. Intellectual Property Rights
The original source code, interface elements, graphics, documentation, and proprietary functionality created specifically for the Application are owned by Crangus Razvan or used under an appropriate license and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
No ownership rights are transferred to you by downloading, purchasing, or using the Application. Third-party trademarks and content are excluded from this ownership statement and remain the property of their respective owners.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Application to violate applicable laws, infringe the rights of others, interfere with the Application's operation, gain unauthorized access to accounts or systems, distribute malicious code, or misuse any connected third-party service.
We may suspend or terminate access to the Application where reasonably necessary to prevent abuse, protect users, comply with legal requirements, or enforce these Terms.
5. Subscriptions and Purchases
Prices, billing periods, trial terms, and available features are displayed within the Application or on its marketplace listing before purchase. Subscriptions may renew automatically unless canceled through the account settings of the platform used for the purchase.
Deleting the Application does not automatically cancel an active subscription. Subscription management and cancellation must be completed through the relevant marketplace account.
6. Refund Policy
Purchases and subscriptions are processed by third-party marketplaces. Refund requests must be submitted directly to the platform through which the purchase was made and are subject to that platform's eligibility rules and decisions.
Apple App Store (iOS, iPadOS, and macOS)
Purchases made through the Apple App Store are billed and managed by Apple. To request a refund:
- Visit reportaproblem.apple.com.
- Sign in with your Apple Account.
- Select “Request a refund.”
- Follow Apple's instructions to submit your request.
Crangus Razvan cannot approve, deny, or directly process App Store refund requests.
Microsoft Store (Windows)
For purchases made through the Microsoft Store:
- Sign in to your Microsoft account.
- Open your order history.
- Locate the relevant purchase.
- Select the available return or refund option, if eligible.
Refund eligibility and decisions are determined solely by Microsoft under its applicable policies.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Application is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Crangus Razvan disclaims all express, implied, and statutory warranties, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, availability, and uninterrupted or error-free operation.
We do not guarantee that third-party services will remain available, compatible, secure, or unchanged.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Crangus Razvan shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, revenue, business opportunities, or goodwill arising from or related to use of, or inability to use, the Application.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under applicable consumer-protection law.
9. Changes to the Application or These Terms
We may modify, update, suspend, or discontinue parts of the Application when reasonably necessary. We may also update these Terms to reflect changes to our services, legal obligations, or business practices.
Changes will be indicated by updating the “Last updated” date above. Continued use of the Application after revised Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of those Terms, where permitted by law.
10. Governing Rules
These Terms apply subject to mandatory laws and consumer rights in your country of residence. If you obtained the Application through the Apple App Store or Microsoft Store, the applicable marketplace terms also form part of your agreement regarding distribution, billing, and refunds.
